By joining as a Member of The Helm, I understand and agree to the following terms:

MEMBERSHIP FEES

► Membership fees are non-refundable for any reason.

► Your monthly membership will auto-renew until canceled. To cancel at any time, please get in touch with us.

► Your monthly membership covers access to all official Helm resources, content, initiatives, and events, including
the cost of food and beverage.

CONFIDENTIALITY

► Members shall respect the confidentiality of discussions and information shared within the Community.

► Sharing confidential Community information with non-members is strictly prohibited.

► Members are strictly forbidden from sharing official Helm resources with non-members.

PARTICIPATION

► Members are invited and encouraged to contribute ideas, feedback, and suggestions to the Community.

► Members agree to align their actions and contributions with the vision statement of the Community: "A world where Executive Mothers show up holistically to board meetings & bedtime alike."

► Members are also committed to supporting the mission of the Community: "Cultivating a community that supports the growth of women at The Helm of their organizations and families."

► Members agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all Community events and interactions.

► Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the
termination of membership.

► Members agree not to utilize the membership list as a sales contact list and will not use the group intentionally to promote themselves or their business. This Community is not for sales and not for traditional business networking.

► Members are encouraged to actively support the mission of the Community by fostering an environment that encourages the growth and empowerment of women in leadership roles, both in their professional and family lives.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for membership, a Member must meet the following criteria:

► Currently leading a family of their own.

► Managing a team or operating as an Entrepreneur.

► Possesses scheduling autonomy in balancing professional and personal responsibilities.

We reserve the right to terminate a membership for violating our Code of Conduct or any other breach of this Agreement.
